It always amazes me to meet among my acquaintances men and women who have traveled all over the world, but do not know their own country. It seems it has never occurred to them that Canada is as exciting a place to explore as Outer Mongolia, The Lake District of England, or the Outback of Australia.
Having visited every province myself, as well as the outer edges of the Yukon, it just baffles me how people can keep on heading south of the border, but never east or west of whatever province they reside in. My newest solution to catching the attention of these world travelers is to interest them in a wonderful guide book on Canada that is geared to the adventurous mind.
